This 5 storey apartment complex offers 334 recently renovated apartments with terrace or balcony. All have views over the swimming pool and the tropical garden. There is a swimming pool in each area for adults, and one communal swimming pool for children. The swimming pools are heated during the winter season. Further facilities include a reception area with 24-hour service, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift service, restaurant, café, bar, disco, TV lounge, publicly available Internet access (fees apply), bike rental (fees apply), on site parking, and a children's playground.
This is a wide complex of apartments centrally located in Playa del Inglés, just 300 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the shopping centre. The Exhibition and Congress centre is 3.5 km away.
The apartments contain 2 comfortable 0.9 x 2 m beds, a wardrobe and dressing-table. The living room is equipped with a 1 x 2 m wide sofa that can be converted into an extra bed, a cupboard, a telephone and a safe. The kitchen contains two electric hobs, a fully stocked refrigerator. The bathroom contains a shower and bathtub. The terrace or balcony is equipped with table and chairs. A cleaning service operates 5 days a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and bedclothes 2 times a week. Rooms also have TV, a safe box and a balcony or terrace.
The complex offers free entertainment and activities with extra charge. Free entertainment includes TV room opposite the restaurant, children's playground and tennis court from 9-12 h.
