Sevilla

Seville is a pleasant city. Sevilla has three important monuments and an illustrious history, but the city is mostly known for its own living self – the greatest city of the Spanish south, of Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro, and the archetype of Andalucian promise. The city’s two great festivals are the Semana Santa (in the week before Easter) and the Feria de Abril (which starts two weeks after Easter Sunday and lasts a week). Seville is also Spain’s second most important center for bullfighting, after Madrid. Seville’s wealth is based on food processing, shipbuilding, aircraft construction and tourist industry. Seville is also known for its Flamenco. Flamenco music and dance is on offer at many places in the city. Get to know the spontaneous nature of flamenco. Stay in one of our centrally situated Seville hotels to reach Seville’s cultural events on foot. Discover Seville’s elegance and charm!
