1. Our Service

PerfectSunTravel.com (Perfect Sun Travel S.L) is an online platform through which visitors to the website can make reservations with different accommodation providers. By making a reservation through PerfectSunTravel.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the hotel or rental which you have booked. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act as an intermediary between you and the hotel or rental, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant hotel or rental and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the hotel or rental.

2. Reservation confirmation

Once the prepayment or the amount indicated on the booking page is received for any product of Perfect Sun Travel S.L we will send a confirmation of the reservation within 48 hours. (except on weekends 72hrs) with the remaining balance, if any, due upon arrival. The confirmation will contain the name, address, telephone and if applicable email of the contact person, company and / or establishment.

3. Age and responsibility

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use Perfect Sun Travel’s site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site.

You agree that all personal information submitted during the booking process is correct and that you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name.

4. What is included

Accommodation costs include the following:
 
 
           a) Accommodation and meal costs as indicated in the confirmation of your booking.
b) In the case of hotel booking all European VAT charges.
c) In the case of apartment booking all intermediary VAT charges.
d) All Accommodation obligatory service charges and taxes.

Transfer costs include the following:

a) In the case of transfer from airport as confirmed in the accommodation booking to the accommodation confirmed by Perfect Sun Travel S.L. the price includes all taxes and service charges.
b) In the case of transfer from the accommodation confirmed by Perfect Sun Travel S.L. to the airport as confirmed in the accommodation booking the price includes all taxes and service charges.
 
5. What is not included

Accommodation costs not included:
 
 
  a) Transfers between airport and accommodation unless confirmed in the booking confirmation
b) Excursions and other personal expenditure
c) Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in apartments
d) Charges that hotels or apartments may make for extra facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sunbeds, sauna, tennis courts and equipment, porters etc
e) Deposits requested on arrival by some apartment/villa owners

Transfer costs not included:

a) Transport to or from any place not specified in the confirmation booking.
 
6. Modification of terms and conditions

Perfect Sun Travel S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be based upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

7. Payment

At the time of booking the amount indicated on the booking page will be deducted from your credit card. In the case of no availability or technical error all funds deducted will be returned promptly with no penalties.

8. Private apartment accommodation bookings

Reservations made for private apartment accommodations are subject to the following conditions as well as the conditions detailed on this page:
 
 
  a) Arrival time:

Upon completing the reservation of an accommodation the customer should supply us with the flight number and arrival time as well as the estimated arrival time at the accommodation. Upon arriving in Barcelona the customer should contact the contact person directly to reconfirm the arrival time. In case of any delay or change in arrival time, the customer should contact the contact person. There is no refund in case of delay or early departure.

b) Keys:

The accommodation keys will be handed over by the contact person once the remaining balance has been paid including the security deposit and any other additional costs. All costs will appear previously in the reservation confirmation. When the keys are handed over to the customer he/she must supply a photocopy of his passport or identity card.

c) Deposit:

As already indicated in the reservation confirmation, in order to obtain the keys to the accommodation the customer must pay the indicated amount of deposit. This deposit will be return by the contact person after assuring that the accommodation is in the same conditions as when the customer entered.

d) Occupancy:

The number of persons occupying an apartment must coincide with the number of persons in the confirmation. It is forbidden to make any change in the number of persons from what is indicated in the reservation without previous notifying www.PerfectSunTravel.com. Any change to the number of persons can incur an extra charge to the total of the reservation.

e) Damages, deterioration and missing objects

The renter is responsible during his/her stay in the accommodation for the condition of the accommodation. As such he/she is responsible for any type of breakage, deterioration or loss that is produced in the apartment, furniture, appliances, keys etc. The owner can demand the payment of the object, deteriorations and/or damages caused which will be deducted from the deposit and if this does not cover the costs the renter must pay the difference. Also the renter promises the respect the rules of the accommodation and those of the neighbors. The renter promises to communicate immediately with the contact person any damage, breakage or loss that is produced.

f) Cleaning

The renter promises to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as when he entered except for dirtiness incurred through normal and acceptable use of the accommodation. PerfectSunTravel.com can provide a cleaning service at an additional cost.

g) Description

The property owner provides all property descriptions. We make every effort to keep the information as accurate as possible through continued contact with the owner and periodical visits to the apartments. We don’t take responsibility for inaccuracies that may occur but will act on behalf of our customers to communicate and resolve any issues with the property owner.
 
9. Booking modification

Prolonging the length of sojourn is possible when there is availability for the additional nights requested. Any increase to the length of stay contracted will result in an increase of the total price in accordance with the existing prices for the accommodation. Perfect Sun Travel S.L. cannot guarantee availability for additional nights not stipulated and / or specified in the original booking confirmation. An increase in the number of occupants in respect to the number already reserved can result in an increase to the total price of the reservation. Perfect Sun Travel S.L. cannot guarantee availability for additional occupants not stipulated and / or specified in the original booking confirmation. In case of the client leaving the accommodation after arrival and before the specified departure date no refund is given unless agreed to by the hotel or property manager.

10. Booking cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying Perfect Sun Travel S.L.. You will be advised at the time of booking what charge will apply as a cancellation fee, according to the individual accommodation. All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy listed below. All cancellations must be communicated in writing via fax or email.

11. Cancellation policy for Apartment Bookings:
 
a) Cancelation up to 60 days before the arrival date: the complete amount of the prepayment will be refunded.
b) Cancelation between 60-30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the prepayment will be refunded.
c) Cancelation with less than 30 days to 48 hours before the arrival date: No amount will be refunded.
d) Last Minute Cancelation (48 hours or less) or No Show: The prepayment amount will not be refunded and client can be charged 50% of the remaining balance due to the owner or the cost of one night to the credit card provided.
e) In case that the client leaves the accommodation after arrival and before the specified departure date no refund of any payment done will be given unless agreed to by property owner/manager.
 
12. Hotel / accommodation cancellation policy as follows:
 
  a) The client agrees to the cancellation costs as they appear on the booking page and booking confirmation.
b) In the case of a no show, not arriving at the hotel / accommodation without notice, the client's credit card will be charged the full amount of the booking or one night stay at the discretion of the establishment booked. The remaining amount will be refunded to the booking credit card.
c) In case of the client leaving the accommodation after arrival and before the specified departure date no refund is given unless agreed to by the hotel or property manager.
 
13. Liabilities

Perfect Sun Travel S.L. is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant visa for the country you are visiting, any inoculations required and that you are physically capable of travel to any particular destination.

14. Force majeure

The client is not absolved from responsibility of payment due to personal circumstances or events of force majeure. Force majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government intervention, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting Perfect Sun Travel S.L. or its suppliers.

15. Insurance

You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance, as the cost of medical expenses overseas are unpredictable and can be very high if you suffer an accident or illness. Perfect Sun Travel S.L. does not offer travel or medical insurance.

16. Complaints

If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. Perfect Sun Travel S.L. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier.

17. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services booked through this website shall be the district of Barcelona, Spain. Users of the website and clients agree to this when they enter and / or submit and /or make a reservation with Perfect Sun Travel S.L.

18. Disclaimer

The information on this site is posted in good faith but Perfect Sun Travel S.L. cannot guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical errors and does not accept liability for any error or omission on this site.

Links on Perfect Sun Travel S.L. to third party websites may exist for information purposes only. Such sites are independent from Perfect Sun Travel S.L., which is not responsible for and does not endorse the material contained therein.

Each hotel and rental manager remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of any hotel or rental made available.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Perfect Sun Travel S.L., its affiliates and suppliers and any of their respective employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, fines, damages or any other legitimate costs or expenses including but not limited to legal and accounting fees brought by you or your agents in excess of the liability outlined above, or by third parties as a result of your breach of this agreement or contravention of any laws or rights of a third party, or your use of this website.

20. General

These terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable condition will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning. Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
You agree that your use of this website does not imply that any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Perfect Sun Travel S.L..

If you find the same accommodation with the same board type for the same dates as your booking with PerfectSunTravel.com with 24 hours of making your reservation we will match the price of refund your booking with no penalties or cancellation costs.

To apply for the low price guarantee refund you must do the following:
 
  a) Book and pay for your accommodation with Perfect Sun Travel
b) Send us the following information

1. Your full name as it appears on your booking confirmation
2. Your email address as it appears on your confirmation
3. Name and Url of the other website
4. Url where the offer can be found

When we verify that the other accommodation is available and bookable on the other website we will refund the difference. The refund will be issued to the same credit / debit card used to make the booking.
