This new complex offers modern facilities and marvellous views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Island of La Gomera. It is an ideal place for families. There is a 24-hour reception area with currency exchange service, lifts, snack bar, shops, bars, theatre, disco, games room, TV room, Internet access (fee payable) and Spa Centre. There are 4 buffet restaurants, 2 of them themed for lunch and dinner. Also, for an additional charge, there is a laundry service.

Situated in the area of Santiago del Teide, just 5 minutes away from the bustling resort of Playa de la Arena and 10 minutes from the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes. Tenerife South airport is about 45 km away.

There are a total of 518 rooms in the complex, of which 420 are Standard Suites, 64 Royal Suites and 34 twin rooms. All offer a balcony or terrace, main bedroom, independent lounge area with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, flat screen TV, mini fridge, individually adjustable climate control system and safe. Royal Suites additionally offer a private reception service, room service, DVD, wireless Internet access, hi-fi, second television, minibar with daily refill service, pillow menu and playstation for children as well as superior brands with the all inclusive board service.

Sport

Clients can enjoy the 3 swimming pools (heated in winter) and sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, as well as the children's pool with toboggan. For more energetic clients there is a fully equipped gym, 2 tennis courts and minigolf. Further sports include beach volleyball and pool. For children from 6 to 15 years old, there is a kids club and a special cinema especially for children, as well as a games area.
