The hotel has been completely renovated and consists of a main building and an annexe block with a total of 295 rooms of which 288 are doubles and 7 are suites. There is also a cosy café, a newspaper stand, shops, a bicycle storage facility, a hairdresser's salon, an auditorium and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for younger guests. Room and laundry services are also at guests' disposal. Car parking facilities are located outside the hotel, ideal for guests arriving by car.

This luxury hotel is located in the middle of a wonderful garden area on the island La Cartuja in Seville. The amusement park, Isla Mágica, is in the hotel's vicinity. The nearest beach is about 95 km away. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located 1 km from the hotel. Public transport departs from directly in front of the hotel.
