The apartment complex is located on a main road and was renovated in 2004. It consists of a 2-storey building with a total off 36 apartments. Guests have the opportunity to use the small but pretty 50m² garden. There is a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange desk. In addition, the complex offers lifts, a cafe, a kiosk, a supermarket, a bar/pub, a nightclub, a games room and a TV room. Additional facilities include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for children, Internet access (WLAN), as well as room service and medical assistance. Guests have the opportunity to hire bikes (for an additional charge) as well as to use the car park.

Location

This apartment complex is peacefully located in a park, approximately 600 m from the beach. A range of shopping venues, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are located in the immediate vicinity (less than 1 km away).

The comfortable apartments are equipped with an en suite bathroom, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a lounge area and a safe. Final cleaning is carried out by hotel staff following guests' departure.

Sport

Featuring on the complex are an indoor pool and a freshwater outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols as well as a solarium. Sports enthusiasts may choose between water skiing, motor boating, diving, wind surfing, sailing, catamarans, canoes, pedalo riding, horse riding and a billiards, all for an additional fee. Furthermore, it is possible to use the tennis court and there is a golf course some 8 km away, which may be used on payment of an additional charge. There is a seasonal entertainment programme to round off the sports facilities on offer.
