Various facilities are available to guests including a 1,500 m² garden area with a unique view over Maria de la Salut, Inca, Alcudia, Santa Margarita and the sea. Location

The apartment complex has a wonderful location on a hill in Maria de la Salut, between Sineu and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia Bay. The centre is approximately 500 metres away and it is merely 1 km to the nearest restaurants. Further shopping venues are found 25 km from the hotel. The beach is easily reached in 20 km and Son Sant Joan airport is 50 km away (40 minute drive).

The apartments are fitted with a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a kitchenette, a separate lounge area, central heating, a safe and a fridge. A final cleaning service is on offer.
