Built in 1999, this 3 storey complex comprises a total of 280 apartments/studios. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. An air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants, several bars, a café, a small supermarket, a conference room and a public Internet terminal (for an additional fee) are also on offer. Furthermore, there is medical assistance, a playground, a kids' club (for children aged 4 to 12 years old) and a bicycle hire service on offer.

Location

This holiday complex overlooks the Bay of Cala Mesquida (about 600 m away) and is situated directly beside the paradisiacal nature protection area, Parque de Llevant. The closest resort, Capdepera, is about 5 km away and the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada and its many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs in 7 km from the complex. Regular bus services run to the aforementioned and various other destinations (bus stop located directly in front of the hotel).

Room

The pleasing studios are air conditioned and include a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, tiling, central heating and a hire safe. The apartments are similarly equipped and come with a separate bedroom. The rooms are cleaned by staff on guests' departure.

Sport

In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. On offer are a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, a steam room and a massage service (for an additional fee). Sports options include aerobics, basketball, table tennis, beach volleyball and minigolf. For an additional fee, tennis (1 hard court), pool, pedalos, bicycles and mountain bikes are all available. A seasonal entertainment programme features amongst the leisure facilities.

Guests may select their breakfast and evening meals from ample buffets. Lunch and dinner may otherwise be chosen from the menu and the evening meal is also available à la carte. Guests have the opportunity to book either a half board or an all-inclusive stay.
