The hotel was built in 1972, renovated in the year 2000 and consists of a 9-storey building with a total of 414 rooms, of which 16 are singles and 398 are doubles. Guests have the opportunity to use the large, attractive 19,000 m² garden. The hotel's facilities include a stylish lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a lift, a currency exchange desk and a café. Guests are also offered a bar, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (highchairs available on request). The picturesque capital, Palma, is around 5 km from the hotel.
