The building was built in 1864 in a Victorian style and was completely renovated in the year 2000. The hotel is made up of a main building and an annexe block each with 6 floors and 239 rooms, of which 206 are doubles and 33 are apartments. The sophisticated foyer has a 24-hour reception, lifts, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. Additional amenities include a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. There are also conference rooms available as well as WLAN Internet access and room and laundry service.

Location

This fashionable, traditional hotel is located at the heart of London well served by public transport from Charing Cross tube station. It is just a short distance to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. Restaurants and bars fill the surrounding area and it is just a few metres to shops, bar and nightclubs.
