Built in 1985 and renovated in 2001, the air-conditioned complex includes two 2-storey buildings with a total of 188 apartments. Guests are provided with a pretty, large garden, a large pool area, and arrive in a welcoming lobby with a reception manned around the clock, a cloakroom, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. In addition, facilities include a games room, a TV room, a supermarket, a café, a pretty bar, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants (on request). Services include a room and laundry service, Internet access, a doctor on call, a bicycle cellar, a kids club, a playground and parking facilities.

Location

This apartment complex is located in a peaceful location in the centre of Playa de los Pocillos and only around 300 m away from the nearest, beautiful sandy beaches with an attractive promenade. An abundance of shops and other entertainment venues are just minutes away in the city centre. In addition, guests will find a bus stop just 200 m away from the complex.

Room

The inviting apartments include a combined lounge/bedroom, a separate bedroom as well as a spacious bathroom with a bidet and a hairdryer. The apartments additionally include a kitchenette with a fridge, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a fan, a safe, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are cleaned on departure.

Sport

The outdoor complex features 2 swimming pools (occasionally heated) with separate children's pools and a water slide, a poolside snack bar, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
