Renovated in 2007, this complex is built around its sport and recreation facilities, and comprises a total of 148 apartments spread over 2 floors. The lobby houses a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility and a lift. The hotel also features a café, a bar with a stage, a dance floor, a giant TV screen, evening entertainment and an air-conditioned restaurant. Guests may take advantage of the recreational lounge, Internet cabins (charges apply), self-service laundry, children's playground and a car park. The complex has CCTV surveillance and night security patrols.

Location

This aparthotel is situated in the heart of the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen, only a few minutes from the beach and the resort centre. Nearby there is a shopping area with boutiques, bars and restaurants. Lanzarote Airport lies around 8 km away.

Room

The hotel offers one and two bedroom apartments, fully equipped in a modern functional style. All apartments come with a sofa bed in the lounge, an en suite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and a kettle. The apartments are also equipped with a safe, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV (coin-operated), a radio, Internet access and a terrace. The apartments are cleaned 5 days week. Sheets are changed twice a week and towels are changed three times a week.

Sport

The complex has an attractive heated swimming-pool for adults with a separate area for children. There is also a hydro-massage area inside the pool. Around the pool there is an ample terrace with complimentary sun loungers and parasols. Further facilities include a poolside snack bar (with breakfast and lunch buffets and dinner menus), a tennis court (charges apply), table tennis, billiards and a range of spa treatments and massage services. From 2007 a new 18-hole golf course will be open, approximately 1 km from the complex.
