Built in 1985, the complex was completely renovated in 2001. The main building has a total of 2 floors and the neighbouring building also offers 2 floors with 188 apartments in total. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area (5,000 m²), a substantial lobby with lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. Furthermore, there is a games room, a TV room, a supermarket, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. In addition, there is an Internet terminal, room service, laundry service as well as medical assistance available. Furthermore, there is a bicycle cellar, car parking facilities as well as a kids club and a children's playground available for use.

Location

This apartment complex is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Playa de los Picollos and is just 300 metres from the nearest beautiful sandy beach with a lively promenade. The town centre, offering plenty of shopping and entertainment venues, lies just a few minutes walk away and there is a bus stop directly in front of the complex (200 m away).

Room

The welcoming apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a spacious en suite bathroom with a bidet and a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette with a fridge, a fan, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. The rooms are cleaned on departure.

Sport

In the grounds, guests will find 2 fresh water pools (partially heated) with a separate children's pool and a waterslide, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests have the opportunity to take advantage of the numerous entertainment options available. Sport enthusiasts may enjoy a game of beach volleyball as well as snooker, table tennis or tennis (for an additional fee), in addition to the aerobics classes which are on offer. For both young and older guests' the complex provides an entertainment programme.

Individual buffets are on offer in the mornings and evenings. At lunch, guests may select dishes from the set menu on offer. Special dietary needs as well as individual-specific meals may be provided. It is also possible to book a half-board stay.
