Built in 2000 and renovated in 2003, this complex consists of a 3-storey main building and 150 apartments. The air-conditioned main building has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Additional facilities include a supermarket, a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available on request). A conference room and public Internet also terminal feature within the complex as well as bicycle hire and storage. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available. Laundry services as well as medical assistance, round off the amenities on offer.

Location

This apartment complex is centrally located just 900 metres from Costa Teguise beach. There is a connection to the public transport network directly in front of the complex. Shopping areas with boutiques, bars, discos and restaurants are 1.3 km away. Lanzarote airport is around 7 km away.

Room

The modern apartments are large enough for 1 to 4 persons (a maximum of 4 adults) with a combined living/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a indenpendet kitchen with a fridge, kettler, air conditioning and a hire safe. It is also possible to book apartments for 3 to 6 persons (a maximum of 5 adults) with 2 separate bedrooms. A regular cleaning service as well as laundry service and hand towel changing are included.

The complex has an indoor pool, 2 pools with children's pools, a poolside snack bar, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a Jacuzzi and, at an extra charge, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a massage service, Thalasso therapy, Caldarium, mud and algae baths as well as a beauty centre a steam room. The complex offers opportunities such as diving (with a taster course), windsurfing, aerobics, a game of table tennis, archery, volleyball, tennis, bocce, snooker, and a gym (some of which incur an additional fee). The seasonal entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that there is never a dull moment.
