This inviting building, in typical traditional style, was built in 1989 and completely renovated in 2003. It offers a total of 215 apartments in a number of buildings. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange. In addition, the hotel provides a supermarket, a boutique, a piano bar, a pub and a restaurant with highchairs for children. For younger guests there is a kids club to keep them entertained. Further facilities include a laundry service.

Location

This apartment complex is located in a peaceful area in the town centre of Costa Teguise. The fine sand bay of Playa las Cucharas with the famous surf school lies close to the complex. An array of shops and entertainment attractions are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (100 m.). There is a bus stop directly in front of the complex.

The spacious and modern studios come equipped with an integrated living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom and a balcony or terrace. Additional furnishings include a direct dial telephone, TV (for an added fee) and a hire safe. For guests staying in the suites, there is a laundry service available 5 times a week.
