There are studios available with a combined lounge/ bedroom and large windows, which are located on the first floor of the building and apartments with a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom and a large terrace. Both apartment types come with an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, a fridge and a washing machine, a TV and a direct dial telephone. The air-conditioning may be individually controlled.

Leisure options in the complex include an outdoor swimming pool, a covered pool and for additional fees a sauna, a solarium, a Jacuzzi, a steam bath and special spa offerings with thalasso therapy, including massages.
