The studios are spacious with around 36 m², and tastefully decorated. Each lodging has a bathroom with a bath, a combined living room/ bedroom, a small American kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, and a balcony or terrace.

There is a swimming pool in the middle of the well-maintained, green grounds, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Leisure facilities include a sauna and a gym. Guests may play table tennis, tennis and volleyball. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use on Cala Vadella beach along with plenty of water sports. There is also a windsurf school, and a dive school as well as the opportunity to enjoy a boat trip.
