The aparthotel complex consists of the hotel with 44 rooms, 4 suites and 80 apartments. Air conditioning and heating is available in all areas, as well as monitoring by closed circuit television. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception service. Facilities include a hotel safe and lift access. There is also a TV lounge, kids' club with varied activities, a café and a bar. Childcare and a playground are also available. The hotel has a buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner (drinks not included), and suitable capacity for large banquets. The complex is located in Alcoceber opposite the seafront with direct access to Moro Beach, about 200 m from Playa Romana, 1 km from the city centre (Old Town), 2 km from the marina of Las Fuentes and 3 km from Columbretes Islands Natural Park Sierra de Irta, an attractive site located between mountains and the sea.

The standard rooms come with or without a terrace and have a 1.35-metre bed or 2 beds which are 1.05 metres, with a full en suite bathroom. The superior rooms have a room with two 1.05-metre beds or a 1.50-metre bed, a chair, a living room with a double sofa bed, a minibar and an en suite bathroom. The privilege suites have two bedrooms with two 1.05-metre beds or 1.50 m beds, an en suite bathroom and toilet with a shower-bath, breakfast bar and a privileged terrace facing the sea. All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, telephone, hifi, and an optional safe. The apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with twin beds, a living room with a sofa bed, full kitchen, an en suite bathroom, TV and a roof terrace.

The resort offers an entertainment programme for children in summer on a private beach. There is also evening entertainment and activities for adults. It also has a swimming pool for adults and children with large green areas and paddle tennis courts. Guests can also make use of the rest and relaxation area with fitness centre with gym, sun terrace with parasols, hot tub with spectacular panoramic sea views, and a massage service.
