Location

The hotel is located in a protected area, the Natural Monument of Bandama. Surrounded by beatiful gardens full of native vegetation. Just 20 minutes away from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and 25 minutes from the airport. Only 10m of the hole 1 from the golf course.

Sport

Leisure options include an outdoor heated swimming pool, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, sauna and, for an additional fee, massage service. Sports enthusiasts may play tennis, pay a visit to the in-house gym, ride a horse or play a round of golf on the hotel course. Founded by British Colonists in 1891, the Royal Club is the oldest golf club in Spain. The wonderful golf course was designed by the famous course designer, Mackenzie Ross, and is completely unique. Guests may enjoy the greens, which lie amidst fabulous Canary Island flora and fauna including mimosa and palm trees. The 18-hole course lies in an extinct volcano on the greener side of the island, with the first tee-off leading downhill from the crater. Guests are truly in store for a treat when playing on this course, as it is both green and filled with blossoming flowers. Green fees are inclusive for hotel guests. There are occasionally club tournaments at the weekends meaning that gusts may only tee off later in the day.
