Built in 1972 and extensively renovated in 2005, this hotel comprises 58 rooms that are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel. Most rooms afford views out over the sea as the hotel lies directly in Olas Altas Bay in the historic centre of Mazatlán. Guests have access to the hotel gardens and terrace and amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk. There is WLAN Internet access to make use of and guests may take advantage of the small supermarket, car hire service, travel agency, childcare, room, laundry and cleaning services as well as the medical assistance. Dining options include The Shrimp Bucket with terrace and views out over the sea and the Mama Mia bar.

Location

This hotel lies within a few paces of the resort centre where a range of cultural activities take place and many bars, restaurants and shopping venues are to be found. The airport is 45 minutes away from the hotel.

Room

Some of the modern, spacious rooms have a balcony or terrace affording views out over the sea whilst others overlook the inner courtyard or patio. Each comes with 2 matrimonial beds or 1 king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and an Internet connection. On request, an additional bed (or infant's bed) may be provided. Selected rooms may be linked to one another.

Sport

There is a seawater swimming pool to make use of in the outdoor complex. The hotel organises excursions to the town and out into the surrounding area, as well as boat trips in the bay (aboard a yacht or catamaran), sports fishing and hunting trips.
