The 8-storey hotel complex comprises 257 apartments for smokers and non-smokers. The apartments are available either as an Apartamento Estándar or an Apartamento VIP. The air conditioned hotel offers a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and lift access. A games room is located next to the reception, and offers a large selection of new games. Furthermore, the hotel complex is equipped with a restaurant, a café, a bar, a TV lounge, and conference facilities. For an additional fee, guests can use the public Internet access and room and laundry services. A children's playground, bicycle hire and a car park are also available.

Location

This superb apartment hotel is located in the hills of Puerto Rico between the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico, and offers its guests an impressive view over the Atlantic Ocean. A public bus network goes to both beaches. The well-known Centro Commercial Europa with a variety of entertainment possibilities is about 200 metres away. There is an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars here. Puerto Rico is about 1.5 km away and the hotel is about 45 km south of Gran Canaria (Las Palmas) airport.

Room

The rooms are also fitted with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone and satellite/cable TV (charges apply) and Internet access. In each room there is a separate sleeping area with a double bed and nightstand, and a dining/living room with a sofa-bed, a dining table, a small desk and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, a large fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster, a teapot and everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a hire safe, a ceiling fan and a cloakroom, and the apartments have large furnished terraces with a sea view. Some of the apartments are disability friendly with easier access and wide doors at the entrance and in the bathroom.

Sport

The apartment hotel has a large pool area with an unforgettable sea view, 2 pools for adults which are heated all year round, and one for children. Sun loungers and parasols are available throughout the hotel and at the pool, so that guests can enjoy sunbathing everywhere. For an extra charge, guests can take advantage of the hotel's massage service. There is also an entertainment programme day and night which also has 3 professional shows a week. 4 pool tables and table football are set up ready for use in the pool area. There is a golf course about 2 km from the hotel.

Guests may book a half-board stay or Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast and dinner can be taken from the buffet, while lunch and dinner can be chosen from an à la carte menu. The hotel snack bar is also available for guests feeling peckish.
