Palma’s cathedral
The obvious landmark of Palma is the cathdral Sa Seu, which dominates the waterfront and backs onto the oldest part of the city. The cathedral is a magnificent building with modernista interior features designed by Antoni Gaudí. On the way into the church, you pass through three rooms that comprise the Museu de la Catedral and the Mallorcan Primitives devoted to Gothic works.

Banys Àrabs in Palma
The Banys Àrabs are one of the few genuine reminders of the Moorish presence. The small brick hammam (bath-house) contains an elegant, horseshoe-arched and domed chamber. Besides, a nice garden with picnic tables is waiting for your.

Museu de Mallorca
The Museu de Mallorca occupies one of the many 15th and 16th century patrician mansions that are typical for the Old Town of Palma. The museum houses extensive local archeology exhibits and some exceptionally fine medieval religious paintings.

Castell de Bellver
The Castell de Bellver is a well-preserved fortress of canny circular design that hosts a castle museum. The castle is situated on a wooded hilltop, about 3km west of Palma’s city center. It offers superb views of Palma and its harbor.

Parc Natural de S’Albufera
Visit the Parc Natural de S’Albufera in the south of Port d’Alcúdia, which is an 8-km² segment of pristine wetland. It’s an excellent place for birdwatching. Over 200 species have been spotted: wetland-loving birds, autumn and springtime migrants, and wintering species. About 1 km from the entrance, you arrive at the park’s reception center. Follow the footpaths into the watery tract.
