There are 7 pools and various restaurants. The hotel offers free transport and access to its guests. Universal Studio Port Aventura theme park is 1km from the complex. There are several shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs in the surrounding area. There is a public transport stop 500m away.

The comfortable rooms have air-conditioning in summer and heating in winter, bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, mini bar and safe. Standard rooms sleep up to 4 including children (bed sharing may be required, possibility of different types of standard rooms). Guests have free unlimited access to the Port Aventura Park. Also, they have free unlimited access to the Caribe Aquatic Park in low season, and 1 ticked per stay in high season. The complex has 2 outdoor swimming pools, snack bar, and sun terraces with sun beds and parasols. Sports enthusiasts try out the free fitness centre with fully equipped gym, 2 outdoor whirlpools, sauna and steam room. Prior a local charge, there are gym classes, tennis court and massage service available. Also, there is the Campo Aventura Mini Club offering a full range of services to entertain children from 4 to 12 years old. Daily and evening entertainment is offered in the hotel.
