Renovated in 2003, this apartment complex includes a total of 28 apartments, situated in two difference buildings. Due to the town centre is around 3 km away, it is recommended that guests bring their own car or hire one. Each appartment has a parking place. Younger guests may let some steam off in the children's playground.

Location

This apartment complex lies in a large, peaceful park area with plenty of pine trees and is ideal for families with young children. Guests will only be a few minutes away from the beautiful fine sand beach of Santa Christina. The city centre, with its plentiful shopping venues, only lies around 20 minutes away and the train station is around a 20-minute drive.

Room

The well-equipped apartments feature a combined lounge/bedroom with a dining area, a separate bedroom (or two, depedns on the type of appartment) as well as an en suite bathroom with bath. Further fittings include satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave as well as individually regulated heating. From some of the balcony guests are able to enjoy stunning sea views, through the trees. We have a free service of Beach Towels Final cleaning is included in the price.
